Upgraded Source is an Australian business operating at upgradedsource.com. We publish and sell digital buyer's guides focused on sustainable packaging sourcing. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Upgraded Source.

Our guides are digital products delivered as PDF files. They are not physical goods. Each guide is:

• Delivered electronically via SendOwl's secure delivery platform
• Uniquely watermarked with your purchase details at the time of delivery
• Available for download immediately upon confirmed payment
• Licensed, not sold outright - see Section 5 for license terms

Product descriptions, page counts, and content summaries are provided in good faith and are accurate at time of publication. We reserve the right to update guide content over time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on upgradedsource.com are in USD unless otherwise indicated. Australian dollar (AUD) pricing is displayed on our /au page. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

5. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the guide for your own internal business purposes. This license permits:

• Reading and referencing the guide for personal or internal business use

This license expressly prohibits:

• Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the guide with any third party outside your organization
• Publishing, uploading, or making the guide available online in any form

• Removing or altering the watermark or any copyright notices

Each guide is uniquely watermarked. Unauthorized distribution is traceable and may result in legal action.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that delivery is immediate upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a guide has been delivered.

We do not guarantee that information in the guide remains current after the date of publication and recommend verifying all commercial details directly with suppliers before placing orders.

Our guides are intended as a starting point for informed sourcing decisions, not as a substitute for your own due diligence.
