All Upgraded Source guides are digital products delivered instantly upon payment. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a guide has been delivered.
Our guides are digital products - PDF files that are delivered to you immediately after your payment is confirmed. Unlike physical goods, a digital file cannot be "returned" once it has been received. The full content of the guide becomes accessible to you at the moment of delivery, which means a refund after delivery would leave us unable to recover the product.
This is consistent with standard practice for digital goods and is in line with the Australian Consumer Law position on digital products where the buyer has had the opportunity to review product descriptions prior to purchase.

If you have not received your guide after purchasing, please check your spam or junk folder first - delivery emails from SendOwl occasionally land there. If you still cannot locate your guide, contact us at hello@upgradedsource.com with your order details and we will ensure you receive your purchase promptly. Delivery failures caused by technical issues are not subject to the no-refund policy - we will always make sure you receive what you paid for.
If you have accidentally purchased the same guide twice, contact us immediately at hello@upgradedsource.com. We will review duplicate purchase cases on their merits and issue a refund for the duplicate charge where it is clear an error occurred.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies where a product has a major failure. Our guides are digital products, and we stand behind their quality and accuracy at time of publication.
For purchases arranged via invoice or purchase order, the same no-refund policy applies. Payment terms agreed at the time of purchase govern the transaction, and delivery of the guide constitutes fulfillment of our obligations.
