Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

We want you to buy with confidence. Our guides are detailed and specific, and we stand behind them. The policy below tells you exactly what's refundable and how to request it.

7-Day No-Questions Refund: Product Spotlight, Coffee, eCommerce, and Food Editions

If you've purchased the Product Spotlight, Coffee, eCommerce, or Food edition and the guide isn't right for your business, request a refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions, no friction. Email hello@upgradedsource.com with your order details and we'll process the refund.

The Complete Edition: refund by case

The Complete Edition is a substantial publication and the price point reflects a serious sourcing intent. If after purchase you find the guide doesn't deliver value, contact us at hello@upgradedsource.com and we'll work it out with you. We'd rather understand what didn't land than process a refund silently.

How We Help You Buy Right the First Time

Every guide page includes a full table of contents, a section-by-section breakdown of what's covered, the number of manufacturer profiles included, the material types and certifications addressed, and which industry the guide is built for. If you're unsure which edition suits your business, email us at hello@upgradedsource.com before purchasing. We'll give you a straight answer, even if that means recommending you don't buy yet.

Delivery Issues

If you have not received your guide after purchasing, please check your spam or junk folder first - delivery emails from SendOwl occasionally land there. If you still cannot locate your guide, contact us at hello@upgradedsource.com with your order details and we will ensure you receive your purchase promptly. Delivery failures caused by technical issues are always our responsibility - we will make sure you receive what you paid for, regardless of which edition you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

If you have accidentally purchased the same guide twice, contact us immediately at hello@upgradedsource.com. We will review duplicate purchase cases on their merits and issue a refund for the duplicate charge where it is clear an error occurred.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to remedies where a product has a major failure. Our guides are digital products, and we stand behind their quality and accuracy at time of publication.

Invoice and Purchase Order Customers

For purchases arranged via invoice or purchase order, the same per-edition refund policy applies. The 7-day no-questions window for the Product Spotlight, Coffee, eCommerce, and Food editions runs from the date of payment. The case-by-case approach for the Complete Edition applies regardless of payment method.
